Worst Nashville experience. Save your time folks. Bland food, and when complained about it to (assistant) manager was told it was our fault for ordering the wrong thing. Hardly a place to spend close to $20 per meal on…. SO many better options in Nashville than this place that treats you like you doing them a favor to be there. Asked for the manager, got a guy who said his name was Brian. He was cold, rude, and made me feel like I was imposing on him to raise an issue.
Poor Service. Dalt’s and SweetJack enticed me to purchase a coupon to try their restaurant out. The promotional value expired, yet it clearly stated paid value ($10) was good for 5 years (until 2018). However they (Manager Brian Shawler) refused to honor the value and pretty much told me it was my problem and to keep my voice down when I complained. All over a $10 coupon! Pitiful customer service to what used to be a decent place to eat – but there’s no getting around rude and condescending management!! Go across the street to O’Charley’s. I’m sure they wouldn’t treat you like a dog…
Huge portions!!!! Waitress took time to tell what she recommended from each section of the menu. Will be back next time I am in Nashville!
Great quality food. Excellent food, exceeded expectations! I had the blackened chicken sandwich with red smashed potatoes and onion rings – DELICIOUS!! The chicken was fresh and not overcooked – great cajun spice, but not too spicy! They deliver for an extra $3 and they even wrap your buns and fixings to your sandwich separately in aluminum foil. The caesar salad was huge and romaine was fresh. My girl had the regular salad with diced tomatoes/ cucumbers, shredded jack cheese and tortilla strips, also very fresh. But the BEST part of the meal was the homemade blackberry cobbler a la mode!!! It was still very warm upon delivery and absolutely spot on. Very happy with the fast delivery and great quality homemade food!!! Highly recommend this place as I am a pretty picky eater. Don’t wait, go today!
It’s whatever. I’d probably go to Stake and Shake before I go here. Foods similar to Dairy Queen and the mirrors at our table were creepin me out.
Pleasantly Surprised. Had lunch here with a friend, and honestly I had no idea what to expect. I thought it looked like an O’charley’s when I walked in, so I kept my expectations pretty low. But the second they brought me my fruit tea, I was blown away. I was very impressed. Then they brought my chicken breast entree with mashed potatoes. The chicken breast was unusually tender and moist! I cut into it like butter. The mashed potatoes were also extremely creamy and delicious! Didn’t try any desserts or anything like that, though. Overall, this place shattered my expectations.
Dalt’s is excellent. The staff is nice and the food is great. I recommend the fish and chips or the Cajun chicken pasta
