Excellent service and food today @ El Chico. Love the atmosphere and the staff is always great! We love Katie and always try to sit in her section.
Always gotta love El Chico. Dropped in to El Chico last night. As usual everything was delicious. Our server, Julia, was really sweet and gave us just the right amount of attention. My son is kind of picky, so he always orders something a little different than the menu actually offers. They’re really flexible about it and always get it right. The manager remembered us, and stopped by to see that everything was the way we like it. I think that is why we like it there – great food AND personal attention. You can’t get that at a lot of restaurants around here.
El Chico rocks. My favorite since it was in the Mall. Love the beef enchilada’s with chili and the chips and salsa can’t be beat
I love to go out and eat, and I am a harsh critic because I’ve worked in food service, from McDonald’s to carrabas. And Im not insulting the staff, but I disgusted with the food! The place smelled like the ball pit from chuckie cheese and the salsa was so watered down, that it looked like hedge trimmings were bleded with clamato juice. The food looked and tasted like it was straight out of the can and plopped into a greasy unwashed frying pan. The atmosphere was an insult to the chain, if im going to a Mexican restaurant I expect it to feel mexican. I don’t want to hear maroon 5 and David Archuleta’s sappy songs over the radio. Seriously disappointed, so. Why didn’t I leave? Because I was with a coworker who talked me into coming to this slophouse. If I wanted taco bell I’ll go to taco bell
El Chico is wonderful!. We love to go to El Chico. My favorite dish, Fiesta Nachos, is not even on their menu anymore, but they always make it for me, no problem, whenever we go there. The servers are always very friendly, even when they are obviously busy, and the the manager makes it a point to say hi and check on us. We have taken a lot of our friends and extended family there and they love it too!
