My husband had a business dinner there a few days ago and fully enjoyed his meal. He said the atmosphere and wait staff were wonderful. While he was there, he unknowingly, lost his house keys. After a couple phone calls, manager John, called me and said he found some keys. He sent me a picture of the keys so we could verify it was them. He sent them to us via UPS and they arrived the day after we arrived back in our home in South Georgia. I would say he went above and beyond. So nice to know there are still such caring people out there. Thank you, John, you are awesome!
We celebrated the proposal & engagement of our son and future daughter-in-law at Firebirds. We loved the atmosphere of the restaurant. Most everyone in our party had a steak and was very pleased. The Parmesan mashed potatoes were another hit. The staff was fabulous in giving attention to the newly engaged couple and helped make the evening a special experience. Thank you Firebirds! We will be dining with you again.
Excellent food! Everything we had, tasted great and was cooked to perfection!! The wait staff was very attentive. This was our first time to the restaurant and would most certainly go back!
This is a fun and relaxing restaurant. The outside seating is comfortable if you’re just having a drink. The inside is too dark. The service was fantastic, even on Christmas Eve. The food was good but not great. It was definitely a worthwhile experience.
Excellent food, excellent service, excellent ambience. What’s not to like? And I found great vegetarian options. Will be sure to return, especially for their happy hour menu.
Filet Mignon. Asked for medium but kitchen prepared this cut medium rare…still delicious with this loaded baked potato
