We’ve enjoyed some good lunches at Ginger Thai. Ordering from their lunch menu includes a fried spring roll. It’s fine, but you’d do yourself a solid by also getting an order of the fresh spring rolls. Cool fillings and flavored with Thai basil, the peanut dipping that comes with them are a delightful way to start your meal. While they have several Thai standards, they prepare them with a little different flavor profile than we’ve had at some other places, and it’s one that has lots of extra deep flavors. Watch the spice level, as their versions can run spicy. (I like it that way, but too much is just too much. Their med. is about right for me.) I particularly like their noodle dishes (like Pad Kee Mow) with pork as the protein. They have other meat, seafood and vegetarian choices. Rather unassuming from the outside, it’s part of a building shared with a market. Inside is larger than it looks, with a private room available. Everything is very clean. Our service has been great. We look forward to our next meal at Ginger Thai.
