We love this place. Haven’t has a bad meal yet. The only thing I can complain about is they only serve their artichoke dip on Friday and Saturday. I wish it was served all week.

Good good. My husband and I visit gondola regularly and I have to tell you.. The place is delicious, the management has always checked on us to make sure we are ok, and the service is always awesome. We highly recommend this place!
This place is the best around! Been many times to New York City and while it was all good, my wife and I feel gondola’s is hands down better. Service is always great, but we always request Jessie, so no surprises…he’s awesome. This is our Friday night go to each and every week
Tastless spaghetti. Was there yesterday afternoon. Ordered meatballs and spaghetti. The meatballs had been frozen and tasted like sawdust/ Terrible. The sauce was like paste and the spaghetti noodles were dry and not even as good as my grandchildren can fix at home. I could not eat it and left the whole plate. I was really angry that this place that has had good food in the past was serving plates of food like I got yesterday. I just signed my check, left a tip, because the server didn’t cook the food, and left. I always get the same male server who is way too casual, handing my food over the isle bar of the booth nearest the isle going to the restrooms, instead of bothering to come around to serve the booth at the table. I get my food plopped down from over my shoulder as a surprise. I think I deserve to be served from the same side of the booth were you slide in, not over my shoulder from the back isle, as a surprise.
We LOVE this place!. We’ve been here on several different occasions- with kids for family dinner, without kids for date nights- and never had bad service. The owners are always there, and are always gracious of their customers. The prices are great, food is plentiful, and service is wonderful! I would recommend any day of the week, anytime of the year!
Felt very mistreated by servers and owner because of our skin color. It was seven of us and we all felt the same way
