I honestly love this place. A friend and I actually stumbled upon Jackson’s on accident, merely looking for a restaurant that was just open late. To our surprise the food was amazing and the staff is very friendly. Highly recommend, good atmosphere.

Great atmosphere and staff!. Sat at the bar and had a real fun time! Coming from Atlanta I was pleasantly surprised with the food and really enjoyed the easy going and fun attitude of the barman and other staff! Food was what I’d expect at a casual restaurant – it was tasty and not fully healthy! Disagree with some of the other comments. This place is great!
Not a bad spot for brunch. Jackson’s serves a lot of greasy dishes if you’re looking for a traditional hangover cure. I get the sense that a lot of people brunch here for that reason (or because there’s nowhere to sit at Fido). Despite an oily texture on a lot of things, the food is generally pretty decent.
Just not that good. We were unimpressed by the food, staff and short beer pours. You’ve got to warn me before you bring out a 10 oz draft beer.
Terrible service, expensive tiny bit of food. Waiter was terrible. Never came to our table. Had to flag him down every time that we needed something. Food for a brunch was very minimal. We told the waiter that we were hungry as we hadn’t eaten lunch and he suggested the brunch menu. The steak was pitifully small and undercooked…my friend had ordered well done and it came back medium rare. This one undercooking was not enough to warrant a bad review, but the totality of all the bad things that happened that day to us equals me never coming back. The place is a little more expensive than most places I usually go but the service is the worst that I’ve experienced. I’ve been a waiter so I’m usually very lenient about this sort of thing especially if the food is good, but nothing was good.
Worst service ever!!. Food took forever. My friend’s order was wrong. After sending it back, they never remade his food. After 45 minutes of our waiter obviously avoiding our table because of the missing food, I flagged down the hostess to ask why everyone at the table had finished their meal and one of the orders still hadn’t arrived. Food order was lost and never came. My brother left the meal to walk to Dunkin Donuts. Mistakes happen, but both the waiter and the manager did an extremely poor job acknowledging the mishap and reconciling the situation. Food was meh. Never received refills.
