Very enthusiastic IU alumni bar. Was in town during an IU game and it was a great atmosphere. Quick service and good sweet potato fries.
Good place – if all you want is alcohol. Seems like they don’t care about the quality of their food. Nachos with chicken were absolutely terrible. Seriously, how do you screw up nachos? My coke was flat and watered down. French Fries were acceptable. Fried pickles were decent. I would NEVER recommend this place if you are hungry! Lastly, what kind of sports bar only has one game on? Anyways, the servers are nice. Just need a new cook.
Exceptionally poor. The food was greasy, prepared way in advance and was very expensive for the quantity given. The waitress was trying to cover the entire restaurant, and was a total mess. I would urge you to not go to Jed’s.
I like the venue, very college town. Good beer selection and nice atmosphere. Chicken jalapeno sandwich was sub-par, and the fries were ok. Good place to go hang out and have a few drinks. Nice outdoor patio and balcony. clintyn.com
We went there on Thanksgiving day, which was limited menu. The waitstaff was incredibly friendly, the venue is great, and we had a great time. We ordered wings to wash down our delicious bloody Marys, and they were fantastic. Great experience, can’t wait to go back.
Great tvs. No girls so far…..ratio 25:2 as far as I can see. Great service. Liked the wings. Tables are terribly unbalanced…..and they dont do coasters. If you have more then a corpse sitting with you ask for a $h!t load of napkins. Anyway….great venue…great service…so as always get the girlz and its ON. The have an upstairs unreviewed……
Sweet Potato Fries are standout on menu. Last Friday night our group of 4 ventured over to Jed’s for a quick dinner. As we did when the location was the Acorn, we sat on the upstairs patio but the downstairs area was filled with young guys and couples watching ballgames and appearing to have a very good time.Our starter, wings, were very good and I especially like the spicy sauce that accompanied them. As none of us were incredibly hungry, each couple split a club sandwich. I wanted to try the sweet potato fries so our server also split the fries, regular and sweet potato. Everyone decided that the sweet potato fries were definitely the standout on the menu,.
