My husband and I love love love Midori. This place is clean, authentic, comfortable, and reasonably priced. The raw fish is always very fresh and high quality. Every sushi roll that we have had at Midori has been amazing, and we always make sure to order some of the great food on the regular menu. The employees are always so friendly and helpful, and they are ALWAYS on time when we get takeout. Perfect all around.
Excellent Food!. Lived in Asia for a LONG time, and it is so good to have a place where you can get good Japanese food and excellent Korean food. We often meet there as a family as my son and his family are really into Asian food as well, especially since he was born and raised in Asia and knows good Asian food. The prices are not out of the question, and the quality and authenticity of the food is well worth the cost!
We Eat Here Every Week. At least once per week, if not twice per week, and sometimes even three times per week, my boyfriend and I treat ourselves to Midori. Whether you choose items from their sushi menu or extensive set of Korean offerings, you really can’t go wrong. Hole in the wall? Yes. But was there a total hole in our lives during the few weeks that Midori was closed last year for renovations? ABSOLUTELY. Try it– you’ll totally become a believer.
True Foodie. I absolutely love this place. It is a little hole in the wall type of feel with the most amazing authentic food. The sushi is fantastic and is always fresh! You cannot beat the price. The place is run by a mom and son. The son makes the sushi and mom makes all the good Korean food.20 Jul, 2013Great Sushi. This little place is fantastic. The family owned and run restaurant has the feel of going to a friends house. Very friendly and great food. We had 6 different types of rolls. The Koti roll being my fav is a spicy tuna roll with seaweed salad on top. What a perfect blend of flavors. Will definitely be a returning customer.
I just moved into town and have no idea what places are good. Figured I’d give Midori a try since I was at the nearby Lowe’s. It was absolutely excellent. Very nice staff who were genuinely appreciative of my patronage. Very generous portions and the various types of Kim Chi were excellent. Definitely will go back.
Fresh, Fast, and Friendly. This is my favorite Asian restaurant! The sushi is phenomenal, the Korean food is awesome, and I love absolutely love the soups! They take great care of their customers, very clean, and quick! I’ve sat at the sushi bar and watched the chef breakdown and clean everything then fix my rolls! They know me by name and always let me try new things, love this place!!
Best Korean in Nashville. Hands down.
