Most of the food here is good, but some things are way better than others. You can’t go wrong with their Mac n cheese, but if you’re looking for tastier things, try the Japanese Pan Noodle. It is way better than Pad Thai. Not the cheapest, but it is pretty quick.

The menu looks good. The worst pad thai i have ever had. Literally no flavor. At all.

Terrible, horrible customer service. Cashier warned us that it had been a busy day, and they were low on some veggies and it might take 15 minutes. While waiting on the food to arrive, we noticed at least two other tables around us send their food back to the kitchen more than once, complaining about cold food and incorrect orders. 30 minutes after ordering, our food finally arrived (at room temperature). We were not delivered the side salads we ordered, and my wife’s order was missing the chicken she requested to be added. We asked one of the employees to please correct our order, and he did bring the salad, but never brought the chicken. Rather than risk our food getting any colder, we ate the food and went to the counter to ask for a refund for at least the chicken that was never delivered. The manager showed no remorse and offered no apology, but she did refund the money.I’ve had a bad customer service experience at the Cool Springs location in the past as well, notified the company, and asked for a response, but never got one. This time, I’ll just reward them by not returning to either location.

National Mac And Cheese. It is a national chain of good pasta selection including good old standby Mac & Cheese. Mac & Cheese at Noodles & Co. is rank in an up way. Best pastas at Noodles are on the asian part of the menu

First timer, surprised. I liked the portion options (small or regular). Hard to decide but I got the Thai curry soup with tofu, and the broth was flavorful with just the right amount of spice. I like the fast caual concept. And if you’re on the email list, free noodles on your birthday!

What a shame!. This restaurant has a great concept for a strip mall in a fab location. But they really miss the mark here. I mean, serving pre-made Sam’s Club sample, find ’em in the frozen foods meatballs as a meat option with the Asian meals is, well, kind of disappointing. Not that I need to say more, but the food is bland as well, and the chefs appeared to be Asian which is a surprise. The two Asian dishes I got had no flavor, no sauce, no nothing. And I really did try hard to find the flavor in the two pieces of broccoli, but then when I found no more broccoli, I turned to another veggie, but then the veggies were scant. So, they’re trying to save on food cost, but in the end, they’ll do nothing but also lose their big eaters, the ones who will eat there despite what it tastes like as long as they get a lot of it. Green Hills is the high rent district, so I hope they consider this review as constructive criticism otherwise they may as well pack it in.

Noodles, salads & soups from around the world. Noodles & Co has a new concept for Nashville – serve the best dishes from Asia, the Mediterranean and America – prepared to the customer’s preference. Most dishes are between $4.-$7 and ordered from a counter much like Pei Wei. You order noodles, salads or soups and then add your choice of chicken, shrimp, beef or tofu – something for everyone!Last night we decided to stop for an early dinner at the Green Hills establishment. It’s in the small strip center at the front of the Mall, a couple of spots down from Ruby Tuesday. As we are leaving for Thailand next week, I chose the Japanese Pan Noodles with the recommended Sauteed Beef ($6.50 as I added the beef). Spices were perfect with just a little kick and the beef tender. My daughters went the Italian style and had the Buttered Noodles ($3.75) which they loved. Beer and wine are offered. The next time you have a large group who some want American, some Italian and others Asian, Noodle & Co will make everyone happy.
