Very poor tonight. Service was ok. But the food was terrible. Pasta came out immediately after the salad came out. Soup was late coming out. Pasta was dried out and had very little sauce on it.
A Staple. Great restaurant, great service, great food and great overall atmosphere! I eat out fairly often and time and again I return to this place. Not that I don’t enjoy MANY other places, but the Olive Garden in Madison has proven itself to be consistently GREAT! I don’t have to wonder if I’ll have a decent server, or if the food will be prepared the way I like it.
I usually have better luck with Olive Garden, but this trip was horrible! First, we were never told or given the specials menu of never-ending pasta bowls. We heard people sat in another section get told this after we had already ordered. I ordered the lasagna primavera, which didn’t even cover half of my plate and was the flattest lasagna I’d ever seen. The corner was also still hard. So I was upset and wanted to order something else. So she hands me another menu and one of the pages is missing! So I just order the chicken marsala thinking I was going to get mashed potatoes (couldn’t really tell though since that was on the missing page). So I finally get the chicken marsala and it came with some weird potatoes that I’ve only ever seen for breakfast. They’re like skillet potatoes or something. They almost burned my tongue. And the chicken marsala was decent, but the chicken they used was such a flabby chicken. I was just so done at that point. Such a disappointment!

I’m never impressed with the food here, but the service here was fabulous! Made the mediocre meal worth it.
This location has always treated me great. I like the servers and hosts. This site gets busy during peak hours but we always visit during not so busy times. The manager gave me permission to order from the children’s menu as I’ve had wls. Many restaurants do not allow this but he was very kind in doing so. The food is great as well.
It’s good food for a good price and I love the salad!
