This use to be one of my favorite places to eat – and now it is finally marked off my list! The last two visits have been less than desirable and both were special occasions. The food is very good, but the service is horrible. The servers act like the could care less that you are there dining with them. So rushed like its a race to get a table turned. The pace of serving between appetizers and the meal is also horrible. We also asked for hot green tea and the server brought us room temperature tea. She was upset when we asked her to bring us another pot that was actually hot.They also have changed their lighting. You can hardly see the menu. We had to get out our cellphones to have enough light to see what we wanted to order. To top it off, there was some kind of a water leak this last time we were there (Dec 6th) and they proceeded to suction the floor with high powered suction machines that were so loud you could not speak to the person across the table and them be able to hear you. When we complained – it was like too bad. They should have shut down the restaurant rather than let their guest experience an unpleasant dining experience. Our server didn’t even ask us if we wanted desert and just brought the check and walked off. I will not be back! There are too many nice restaurants who want your business.
Great restaurant. My wife and I recently went to this location for the first time. The food at PF’s is always consistenly good. The lettuce wraps are excellent. We also enjoyed the pork fried rice and the kung pao chicken. Service was very friendly. We will go back again.
