Goat cheese paradise. I was not very impressed with the fare at porta via. First, the menu is littered with goat cheese all over the appetizers, salad, and even the pizza I ordered. Rule of thumb. If you don’t like or are not accustomed to goat cheese. Don’t eat here! I was not used to the strong flavors, especially on the pizza toppings. The only thing positive I liked was presentation on the balsalmic appetizers. Overpriced. Overdone on goat cheese. Thank you very much.
Best Italian I’ve ever had. Best Italian food I’ve ever had. I drove all the way from west TN and had the spaghetti carbonara. The Eco carmenere wine was on point. I nice smooth spicy blend of wine. Can’t wait to come back!
I am from New Orleans and was visiting some friends. We went and ate at the restaurant on a Monday night at 5:30. The food was very good. Prices weren’t bad but the wait staff was terrible. It was literally the worse I have ever experienced in my entire life. Our waitress disappeared several times and and when she was in view she was behind the bar verbalizing her aggravation for a spillage that happened way earlier in the evening with another staff member. We also had wait for her to collect our payment while she was putting on hand lotion and completely ignoring us. So to some it up. Food was yummy but make sure Rachel H is not your waitress.

Best GF pizza. If you want Gluten Free Pizza, this is the place to go. having traveled around the country for ten years eating at many a fine place to have GF pie, this is at the top of the list. GF pasta is ok, they used to have GF rolls, but not the last time I was in. Salads are excellent too. Wine is priced as if you brought in your own. Everyone I’ve taken here has been extremely happy, go do it!
Lunches have always been excellent. But DO NOT ORDER THE PIZZA. In the last two months from them. Usually I order the porta via pizza. The first time I ordered extra mushrooms. When I got to the car I looked at the pizza and there four slices of mushroom. I went back in and they made me a new pizza of course waiting 15 minutes. I ordered thre same tonight but I trusted them and I didn’t check it. When I got home I found nine slices on the pizza even though I had ordered and paid for extra mushrooms. I have not noticed an increase in the price of mushrooms. And if you. Think about it if I had pAid for extra mushrooms if I had gotten a regular pizza I would have gotten maybe five Slices of mushrooms. I like their other food but I certainly order one of their pizzas.
