We were attacked by hundreds of ants!!! The staff did not address as we watched after we moved….the ledge is infested, don’t come here…just sayin’
Great indoor and outdoor bar for watching sports. Rafferty’s in 100 Oaks has an indoor and outdoor bar with TVs as well as TVs all over the restaurant! When dining at the inside bar, you are offered a small audio box that you can tune to your favorite game. I believe I counted at least 6 screens in the bar. The outdoor bar was perfect last weekend as the sun was shining ever so nicely on the first day of fall of 2011 and the SEC football games were gracing the TV screens. To me, salads have always been Rafferty’s standout. I always order the Chicken Salad which is served with potato sticks and I request honey mustard and hot bacon dressing on the side (I bet some of you are thinking about the salad that Houston’s used to make, huh?) Each salad comes with a croissant that has been drizzled with honey, messy but delicious.
Decent bar though
Underwhelmed. Ate there today for a business lunch…. for the first time. Service: not so good. Prices: not great. Food: well, I had ceasar salad w/ blackened chicken and it was about $10. For that, I got a fairly small salad (I’m a large mammal, so I need large portions) and a small serving of chicken. The flavors for the chicken were good, but the salad/dressing – not so much. Definitely not impressed. Other people must be, though, since it was jam-packed at 11:30 a.m. on a Wednesday. Weird.
The food wasn’t bad & my Chardonnay was only $3.78 but the service was not that great. We had to wait for a very long time for our waiter to see to us after he messed up our checks. When we finally got someone to help us he came back and gave us attitude because we asked him to correct it. When we asked for a manager all he did was make excuses for the waiter while he interrupted us. He did comp our dessert, but not a good experience.
Good salads!! We order take out about once a week.
Caught the bartender bumping my tip $10!
