Go-To. My love for Star Bagel runs very deep. The ingredients are fresh and sourced locally when possible, prices are low, and the staff are so sweet and helpful. Wonderful coffee and their recent addition of fresh juice is wonderful.
I wish they were in Brentwood. Now that I work in Brentwood, I really miss Star Bagel. Best Strawberry cream cheese I have had (and light too). All the bagels are great, and that is what counts at a bagel shop.
The best!!!. I love Star Bagel — love the bagels, sandwiches, salads — they’ve got everything. I especially love the chicken salad and vegetarian sandwiches….
Everything it should be. This place is everything a bagel shop / deli should be. The menu is spot on. Only wish it was slightly larger as it rightfully gets crowded on the weekends.
Love the new waffles. Early one Sunday morning we stumbled upon a Sylvan Park delight – Star Bagel and wished we had found it earlier. The freshly made ricotta waffles were scrumptious! The sign near the checkout said that the waffles were a new addition and Star Bagel hit the jackpot on this one. Although the waffles can be served with bananas, peanut butter, honey, pecans and whipped cream, I ordered them just with whipped butter so I could savor the fluffy decadence. Wow, I can’t remember when I enjoyed a waffle more! My boyfriend had the breakfast bagel of scrambled egg, cheddar cheese and bacon and said it tasted very good. As Nashville was experiencing a short warm spell during an otherwise cold January, there were several people eating outside on the patio. Service was not only quick but with a big smile. We’ll be back again…
Husband and I went for lunch last week and were pleasantly surprised. I had veggie sandwich bagel and my husband had a ham, cheese and egg croissant, both great! Will be going back soon to at least get bagels for the office!
BAGEL EGGEL. Flat slightly scrambled egg on sliced bagel with orange juice is a lite way to start workday. They have several kinds of bagels and cream cheeses. They have tasty pastries at Star Bagel as well
