Good restaurant with variety. Good sushi along with excellent variety. Try their tempura or teriyaki bento box that comes with salad, soup, dumplings, rice and more. You can order some bento boxes that comes with a few pieces of sushi along with the entree. They also have hibachi beef, chicken, Japanese noodles and they even offer thai food.
Favorite Sushi Around!. I ate here a few nights ago with my friend and we were both very impressed! He got the Yellow Fin Tuna and I got a BBQ Eel Sushi Roll and both were AMAZING!!! Best sushi I personally have ever had. 🙂 The miso soup was also delicious. Love the atmosphere! Don’t be fooled by the exterior… this place is awesome!
Taki Sushi. This is a small, family owned restaurant I have visited since they opened. They are not from America obviously, and their culture is very different than ours so do not go in and expect some southern cushy hello. But, do go in and expect hi quality food and to leave with a full belly. Their sushi is the best I have had in Nashville. It is definitely a well-kept secret dive for sushi lovers!
My boyfriend and I have been coming here at least once a week for about 5 months now and we LOVE this place. We stick to the sushi menu and have not been disappointed. It always tastes very fresh. The service is fast and the prices are great. My only complaint is a little rudeness from the main waitress. But I think that’s more of a cultural gap than anything….
Good Sushi with other stuff too. I like it because they have cooked food as well as sushi. I get chicken teriyaki which comes with nice fresh vegetables and rice and my wife can get her sushi. I don’t think my wife is much of a sushi connoisseur but she likes this place’s sushi better than several other places we’ve been. The service is somewhat gruff but I really don’t think they’re trying to be rude, just a language gap maybe.
Don’t go here!. The seafood looks very expired, not fresh at all. The salmon was brown in color and the food was awful. Also they displayed bad customer service over the phone and in person. I would not spend a penny in there!
