Take Out Order – To Go. I placed an Order to go and was very dissatisfied. First of all the bartender was talking to the customers that he ignored me and my Order. After my order was brought out, he waited almost fifteen minutes before he gave it to me. He opened the container, closed it and left it on the counter for me. He never said not one word to me or thanked me. When I got home the food was cold, the French fries was soft and the fried shrimp was soggy and salty. I feel that because I placed my order to go, I received the food that nobody wanted or that could not be served if I ate in the restaurant.
My fiance and sister come here all the time after work. I haven’t been on the restaurant side in probably a year but the service is WAY better in the bar. The staff is always so nice. Food is great too and they have some pretty good deals for the week. They do close the kitchen early sometimes though so maybe call ahead?
This is (or was) one of my top five places to eat. My husband and I love the Jack Daniels menu. Unfortunately this past Thursday was truly the worse experience I’ve had. Stood to be seated or acknowledged for at least 10 minutes. But in that time I could tell you about multiple problems or complaints within the employee team. All that I learned as I was waiting to be greeted and seated. Finally a server came to help me after the hostess disappeared for the third time. (Only one table waiting to be seated before me). And this was also after at least 3-4 other employees came right past me. After finally being seated by the young lady I found out she would be my server and she seemed very pleasant. However our server changed somehow after she had already began waiting on us. (?) We seemed to be a burden on our next server. I ordered the Jack Daniels salmon and shrimp. Wasn’t asked how I would like the salmon prepared, it came very overcooked and dry. (And was white) It did taste like fish but not at all like salmon. Would of just masked it in my Jack Daniels sauce but it was cold (same as my steamed broccoli) Menu list that this is served with a shrimp scampi and every other time it has been. However this time oddly enough I received fried shrimp. Not grilled but fried. Food was not worth even half of what it costed. I’m not sure about anyone else but I don’t like to hear complaining staff no matter what kind of business I go to. What happened TGIFridays???
Just had a delivery order from TGIF on 21st. The food was over- cooked. Wasn’t prepared as asked. Brownie dessert was too hard to eat. Plus, two burgers with fries and dessert over 50 bucks delivered. Absolutely awful food. Management? Are you in the building?
Friday @ Friday’s. I’ve had a lot of my friends say that Friday’s is a, Love the atmosphere, Hate the food.. Type of place.. I honestly like the food at Friday’s.. It depends on what you get with some things but, I have always had good experiences with food quality.. I do think they are a little steep on the prices for what it is, in some areas of the menu and, definitely steep on alcohol.. In 2006/2007 they had one of the best happy hours and good quality service.. I have noticed that the service has went down with the influx of new people and, the happy hour is nearly non-existent anymore.. Back in those years though, Friday’s was the place to be and, I try to stay loyal to it.. Service can be dicey, based on how busy they are.. I find that sitting at the bar you get better service.. But, at the tables it can be up and down, depending on if your server is good or not
We waited 40 minutes at our table and never got our drinks so we just walked out. Hard to review the food if they don’t offer it to you.
Good food, overworked servers. try the parmesan chicken!
