Not Consistent Hours. I really want to like this place; I tried over and over again hoping it will be better. The thing that annoys me the most is that they have staff meetings or concerts randomly. For instance, I walked it today at 6:40pm. Purchased the coffee and was getting settled when I heard that they are going to close at 7pm because of a staff meeting. Why did you not tell me there’s going to be a staff meeting in advance? It took me forever to get here because the Green Hills traffic is terrible, and I just bought the coffee! At least post on your Facebook page that there’s going to be a staff meeting or unexpected concert. I really think this will be my last time here. I’ve tried this place about fifteen times now. Lots of times, I would call before leaving to ask if there will be a concert that afternoon. More than half of the time, the staff doesn’t know if they will have a concert that afternoon. Before ordering your coffee, ask if there will be some unexpected event that afternoon.

Great concept, good coffee, SLOW service. I love the concept of The Well and the coffee tastes much better than Starbucks. However, if the Well wants to succeed and compete with for profit stores, it needs to act like one. The service is ridiculously slow. Each time I have gone it! It has taken me about 20 minutes to get my latte. Most recently people who had been in line after me were served first. Please either add staff or train them in urgency and customer service!
I like the neighborhood feel of this place and the friendly staff. The coffee is standard…definitely not bad. However, almost every time I’ve tried to run in for a brewed coffee before work, they’re out. I’ve had to wait a while, which isn’t something I have time to do just for a cup of plain coffee. I’d go a LOT more if they stayed on top of keeping the coffee brewed, so i won’t be running late as a result. This is a great place for those who have time to spare and want a leisurely cup of coffee.
Soooo cool! Used to be a fast food resturant but now is a hip coffee joint. The inside is super cool and comfy…nothing like what you would expect. Green hills has needed this for a while. The coffee is great and I have heard the peach smoothie is yummy!
