Hidden Gem in heart of downtown. Seasonal, artisanal menu. Southern gourmet paired with International offerings. Prix Fixe menu with anti pasto, bread. starter, entree and dessert. Come hungry, Tennessee portions. Everyone raved-from the wine reduction butter for the bread, to the truffle potato soup, to the pistachio brittle for the creme brulee. Plates were passed so everyone could try everything. Also, the service is excellent-pulled off our meal for 12 with stellar timing. This Chef is a real star
