Amazeballs brisket! I got here mid afternoon and the counter girl swapped out old brisket for fresh, just for me, I really appreciate that! The pork is really good too, with the mustard sauce. Was hoping for some collards but was pleased with the garlic cheese grits.
Best beef brisket ever.. I’ve honestly never had more tender brisket anywhere else. Portions are good, too, and I like the variety of sauces available. Service is quick and always friendly.My only criticism would be the lack of fresher side options. Most are carb-heavy, the green beans are obviously from a can, and as they aren’t labeled it’s often hard to tell which casserole looking dish is which. It would be perfect if they’d add some fresh sides like mixed veggies or even salad.

One thing I have noticed is that the prices have gone up while the portions have gone down. It seems the servers are making a conscious effort to minimize the amount of food they put on the plate. The chicken breasts used to be huge but have shrunk considerably as well. So, while the food is excellent, prepare to pay over $10 for a daily special and a drink.
Super Salmon. On Wednesdays, B & C has my favorite dish at a great price–smoked salmon. I eat it almost every Wednesday and I have never been disappointed. It is lightly seasoned and doesn’t overpower the smoked flavor, moist and flaky, and comes with a tasty white sauce on the side. The baked potato salad is a nice cold side to go with it.
