Rip off for nothing special. Got these as a gift and when I heard how much they cost I was blown away. Nice goes a long way when you want people to come back. It’s the little things. Amanda

The clerk told me that all their confections are made on premise and are all natural. I thought the marshmallows were the best thing I tried. There are several intriguing flavors. The honeycomb toffee doesn’t have honeycomb or toffee; the clerk explained that it is honey to which they add baking soda to create this airy, crunchy honey that they enrobe in chocolate. While unique, I didn’t care for it; it really stuck to my teeth. The pop-rock chocolate bars have house-made popping candy on them. Though they are very similar to pop-rocks, they take a little longer to start fizzing and popping. So be sure you let the piece melt for a while to get that effect. I tried the lavender one, and it was alright. I give them kudos for creativity, though I wish I’d liked more of their confections than I did.

Very tasty hand crafted marshmallows. Fun little stop after visiting the Green Briar Distillery.

Adorable little candy shop!. Discovered Bang Candy Company last year via some fellow bloggers & put it on my list if I ever visited Nashville. It’s in a beautiful brick building with other stores, and the inside is so beautifully decorated-playful and simple, just the way I like it. While I didn’t get the chance to try out their sandwich offerings, I tried each of the marshmallows they were offering for the day. For only $1 each for a 1×1 inch marshmallow half-dipped in chocolate, we sampled the rose cardamom, chocolate chile, orange ginger, chocolate espresso, and toasted coconut. Of the 5, the orange ginger and chocolate chile were my favorite. Soft, pillowy cushions of delicious marshmallows & the chocolate adds a great touch. The salted caramels & pecan bars were also fantastic! Can’t wait to try out their sandwiches next time! 🙂 bellavivere.blogspot.com
