Don’t waste your money. This restaurant was a big disappointment. The only thing that was decent was the steak (and it was just decent, not great). Everything else (sides, salads, etc.) was just awful. The service was awful as well. Do not waste your money going to this overpriced restaurant.
Best place in town for a good steak. Great atmosphere, fantastic service, and some of the best cocktails in town. My wife and I love to have dinner at the bar. Fast and easy.
Nice meal, fair service. Table of three with a few mixed drinks and a bottle of wine for dinner and with tip we were out $369. The surf and turf and the fillet were cooked perfectly. The Brussel sprouts were like glazed rocks and it was gladly removed from my bill. Overall a fair experience and a great steak. I have eaten at other steak houses and I would for the price list this in the lower half as an overall experience! Eat at the Husk or plan well and dine at the Catbird Seat!
A bit pricey compared to similar restaurants in the area. Steak was delicious but waiter recommended the fried lobster. I agreed to try it and told him I didn’t care for it. Was a bit disappointed that paying that sort of money ($60 entree) that a manager might have made a table visit.
Service was great. Mindy was very prompt and courteous. Salads were good. My filet arrived cold. Sent it back and it returned overcooked. Skillet potatoes were covered in this awful gravy. And that carrot? What is the deal with the carrot?! Comes on all plates and it’s horrible. Mushrooms and Brussels sprouts were great and bread on the table was also tasty.
Great Food, Great Service, Big Price. I had a great experience here. I had the bone in rib eye and it was great. I also had the asparagus salad, sauteed spinach and mushrooms and creamed spinach. We had the shrimp platter for an appetizer. The server was very friendly and prompt. The price is high though. You will spend $75 to $100 per person. The worst part of the experience is that we were seated by the bar and it got very loud at points. Don’t sit next to the bar! Overall, a good experience.
This is the worst restaurant in Nashville. Wait staff was arrogant, impatient, and very unprofessional. The dining room was filthy and freezing. Food took over 40 mins and drinks took even longer. I highly recommend going to McDonalds instead of eating a tough steak from here
