The tater tot fondue was good, a little sweet for me but still enjoyable. My burger was good as well. The problem lay in the garlic bacon fries. I love garlic but this was overpowering. Also, there was only 3 slivers of bacon on the fries, buried under the mounds of garlic. DO NOT GET THESE FRIES!

Burger republic is a great spot to get a burger in the gulch. It wasn’t the best burger I’ve ever had, but i definitely enjoyed it. It’s a little bit pricey, but the fun atmosphere makes it worth it. The fries were okay, not great. The fondue tots were the highlight for me. Service was friendly. I’d recommend Burger Republic.
