Hit or Miss…..mostly miss. At 12:30 on a Thursday the place was empty. I should have heeded that omen.Pros:- The bbq pork shoulder tasted excellent! It was smoky and the sauce was thick and sweet! I lucked out and got some chewy pieces that were clearly bark.- The service was good. The young lady behind the counter was polite, friendly, and helpful (kind of cute, too).Cons:- The white beans were undercooked (think little bullets) and unseasoned. – The fried apples were as good as they’d be if I opened the can of Luck’s at home (no doubt they come from a can and no doubt about the brand). – The mashed potatoes were sad, bland, watered down, unseasoned instant potatoes. Just awful.
