Good Thai….. Red and Green Curries both tried, and they were decent. Thai hot, was not as spicy as I normally liked but still flavorful and excellent textured dish.Spring rolls were good too. Will surely eat here again whenever I catch them!!
Deliciouso. I had heard great things about the truck so was really looking forward to trying it. The menu is simple, one sandwich or mix your protein (4) with style (3). I got the red curry style pork, hot. The spiciness was no disappointment, hot actually meant hot so I was excited, but I may simmer down to a medium next time. Great sauce and pork with lots of red bell pepper, was hoping for more mushrooms and baby corn. It was expensive for how much food you got though, $8 and I was still hungry. Will get again.
Decent thai food. This is my first experience eating from a food truck and it was a good one. The thai food was fairly tasty and, in my opinion, better than most of the thai restaurants in this area (Cool Springs). I really enjoyed the sweet chili pepper stir fry dish. The only negative is that the price is a little high for a take out lunch and the portion size is not especially big. Other than that, I recommend this place.
