About

This restaurant was recently moved to Nashville from Michigan. It is from the 1920's and the interior is totally intact. It has a fudge and candy shop in the front and the back is the restaurant with all the original wall paneling, wood booths, and period lighting. It is like going back in time. They serve mostly sandwiches, salads, soup. We stopped in on a recent visit to Nashville and ordered the soup and panini sandwich combo for $9 - a very generous serving and tasty. They have many types of ice cream and sundaes. We had the hot fudge sundae and it was wonderful. It was served in a large, old-fashioned ice cream/soda glass and had lots of wonderful hot fudge all through it. We will return here whenever we visit Nashville. It is open mostly during the day - not for late diners.
