Love an open kitchen. Keeps me entertained. Octopus and shrimp bruschetta( tasty but I got one bite of octopus and two slices of shrimp. More like a delicious salad)…now I’ll try short ribs with miso candied potato very odd but very good. Unusual mix of flavors). Now for the scallops ( beet Sauce and faro)
The meal we had here is one of the best I’ve ever had. The cheese board is a MUST. I would kick a baby for more the white cheddar ice cream. Also, the scallops are PHENOMENAL.
Great meal, great atmosphere. We had dinner in the bar because the place was packed. We both had excellent meals. Of course we started with the cauliflower, it was incredible. The trio de setas was over the top good. We also had ginger beet salad & carrot enchiladas. To top it off pecan & brown butter cake. A perfect meal. We will be back.
Heard so much about the roasted cauliflower so had to have it. It wasn’t so much about the cauliflower as it was the pea pesto and almonds that I loved. The feta dip was not my favourite and the red bell essence was tart. My husband had the short ribs and everything was good. I had the seared duck which was very tasted. Did not like the lemon black olive tapenade at all. The other sauces were too tart. The duck stood and the pearl onions saved the dish. My husband had the lamb duo perfectly prepared and delicious sauces. Our server was very friendly and efficient. Loved the open kitchen. The construction was a non issue for us to get there.
Best food we had in Nashville. Highly recommended. Only bad thing is that they are not open on Sunday. Service was amazing. Cauliflower was out of this world !
Wow what a fabulous restaurant. Went for lunch with my bride. Had a cauliflower app toasted with truffle oil and sauces made this app very nice. And I do not like cauliflower. As the entree we had the Argentina style brisket with corn meal , excellent preparation. The restaurant itself was a very class operation with excellent service. Really could not suggest any improvements. Just a wonderful experience.
Most incredible meal I’ve had in a while. We started with the Roasted Cauliflower, a dish suggested by our waitress as the signature appetizer. We were not disappointed! A richly flavored and slightly less filling option for an appetizer. For an entree I went with the Lamb cooked medium rare. The dish combined the perfect blend of savory and sweet with the distinct robust flavor of pearl onions and feta. Perfectly portioned and fantastically prepared!!
