Chocolate Torte Paradise. Rich with chocolate love, the cake base is magical. I can’t describe it, except that it was chocolatey, silky,gooey yumminess! Surprisingly, its gluten free. I am a frosting freak, but the dab of chocolate froating that they topped it off it was a little too sweet for me and actually took away from the cupcake. Parking is horrid like most places around here.
BEWARE…. $125.00 CUPCAKE…NOT WORTH IT! The cupcake wasn’t even the best I’ve had- mediocre with too much frosting and somewhat dry cake.Please be aware that this establishment does not value their customers and holds customers accountable when there is no clear signage stating that you can only park for a certain time frame. Furthermore, management does not know how to treat a customer or listen to feedback.As a fellow business owner, I understand the need for parking, but when I patron an establishment and there is no signage to indicate that your car will be towed regardless if you’re a customer after a time limit, then you shouldn’t tow the car. Moreso, when I try to give you feedback to have better signage and more clear signage, DON’T argue with me. What kind of customer service and resolution of a complaint have you been taught, Brad.Get your act together Gigi’s. I will be taking my business elsewhere and will never recommend anyone to try your way too sweet, heavily frosted dry cupcakes.
Disapointed. I decided to splurge for a birthday gift. These cupcakes were as pretty as could be. I was expecting them to taste as good as they looked but with each flavor I tried my heart sank a little. I felt bad that I bought these for my girlfriend’s birthday. I could have gotten something much better if I had known.

Gigi’s Cupcakes. The cupcakes were decent, but definitely not worth $3.75 a piece. You could get the same quality for a much lower price elsewhere.
Great service and amazing cup cakes
Sucked!. I went to the Gigi’s in Cool Springs and was really disappointed. The cupcakes sucked! They were dry as if the had been made the day before. Boxed made cupcakes taste just as well if not better. The staff was also rude. They acted as if I was wasting there time. I will never go back. If you all want to buy a $3.00 cupcake then buy a box of Pillsbury and have yourself a dozen rather than one.
