Not good, changed their food!. Ate at the Hard Rock in Nashville last night before Eagles concert. We were very disappointed. Their food has made a change for the worst! I have always loved their nachos. When they brought the food to the table we noticed a big differance. Processed cheese and some bean goo. They were awful. The spring rolls Jody ate tasted like they had been frozen and just warmed up. I mentioned it to our waitress and she said they just changed the nachos and other menu items. I have always loved their food but like many others they are dropping their quality for profit. Sad, we always looked forward to eating there.

Had not been in awhile. I will not go back. Food tasted like cardboard.

You should go!. This is my second time to this location. What can I say? It’s Hard Rock Cafe! Food was good. Drinks good. We spent a bunch of money but it was worth it! It’s more than an restaurant, it’s a destination. Just go!

Had the new Elvis burger. Peanut butter, banana and bacon on a 10oz patty. WOW! It is awesome!

Best of the National Chains. I have eaten at a couple of other locations (London, Denver, Philadelphia) and this compares nicely to those cities. This version seems more open in its layout, but that may also be due to the smaller Monday lunch time crowd. The food was above average for a restaurant of this type. One clever addition is the nutrition information listed on the kid’s menu, which makes it easier to see how each of the entrees compare and contrast. Of course you will need to pick up a souvenir, which are a few dollars more expensive than other Nashville items, but really how often are you going to wear a NashVegas t-shirt?

Not one to typically rate big chains, but this place seriously has the best strawberry lemonade I’ve ever had. Try it!

Hate to see the electric bill.
