Found this place when we were traveling. Wed never heard of hot chicken before, and now I feel like Ive wasted the first part of my life. We stopped in at 2pm in the afternoon and the line was out the door and down the sidewalk. For the size of the line, they got us in pretty quick. It was a tight squeeze in the restaurant. Its small and was packed but it was worth it. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We got a half chicken, medium heat, and a kids meal with mild heat. Sides were mac & cheese, coleslaw, and fries. The chicken was hot, fresh and delicious. White meat in general can be kind of dry sometimes but theirs was not. The medium heat was spicy enough that hubs was happy (he likes things hot) but not so spicy I couldnt eat it. They brought us ranch dressing to go with our chicken. I was a little sad to see it come out pre packaged. We probably wouldnt have used much of it anyway except maybe on those awesome fries. The chicken was awesome by itself. The mac & cheese was nice and creamy, and the pimento wasnt over powering but you could appreciate it. The fries we awesome. Crispy, with a great seasoning. And the coleslaw was fresh, not soggy. Hubs and I like our slaw sweet but this wasnt. It was good for regular slaw. The kiddo loved the coleslaw. It was a winner all the way around. We will definitely make this a go to stop on our travels out east.

So our work had it catered in for a casual and fun awards night. The food was really good. So we had the chicken of course, the awesome Mac n cheese, Cole slaw and yummy banana pudding and peach cobbler. Cant wait to go to the restaurant for dinner.

Great hot chicken and a plentiful serving of food. We called ahead and picked up the order to avoid the long wait in line. Parking is hard to find and $$.

A neat, cool little place. I first caught wind of this place on a tv show. After, I read reviews and its all raving. So, I finally decided to road trip down to visit my sister. This was on my list. I got the mild tenders plate, as I am a sissy when it comes to spicy food. My sister got medium. Sides included slaw, pimento Mac and cheese, and fries. I will honestly say this is the best chicken Ive EVER HAD. Mind you, Im from central Indiana, so believe me, I know chicken. I cant wait to come back!

Must hit this place when in Nashville. Don’t care how long the wait is..worth it. Also, make sure to get the pimento mac and cheese side. Hot is hot, medium is spicy. Enjoy
