Excellent. Ichiban has delicious, authentic Japanese food. It should be said that anyone who doesn’t like raw fish has no business at a sushi restaurant. I highly recommend Ichiban.
The server and menu failed to say that all of their sushi (most) is raw! So they brought me my 2 rolls and I could not eat them. What’s more, the server never asked if there was something she could do. I had been in the car for 3 hours and was starving. Sad place.
Excellent. I stumbled upon this place during my last visit to Nashville. I was NOT disappointed. Sushi was some of the best I’ve had and the teryaki chicken was delicious as well. It will be on my list next time I’m in town for sure.

My go to place downtown. The food is so good and is reasonably priced. The atmosphere is just ok but the food completely makes up for it.
Great sushi. Easy seating, friendly enough service, fast return on food. Their salmon dishes are great!
