I’ve eaten here twice. The best service in Nashville. The food is exactly what I expected when walking in, phenomenal. The MStreet restaurants have yet to disappoint me. Quality of the meat is top notch, if you’re looking for a steak house in Nashville this is definitely the one you should try!
It’s been a long time since my husband and I have dined here, but at least weekly we mention this restaurant. One of my best meals ever was by this place. Perfect detail to their food, nice atmosphere, and that bacon… I dream of their bacon. The waygu steak was probably the best I’ve tried. I could go on and on about the love for this place, it does not disappoint.
It’s all hype. Celebrated my husbands’s 60 birthday here tonight. Food was good, but nothing better than what I’ve gotten at other fine dining restaurants. Service started out great, but quickly turned. We received our drinks, but it was difficult getting a second round. I ordered wine with dessert but never received it nor an explanation as to why I never got it. Someone else ordered a beer and it wasn’t until the meal was finished that he was told they were out of it. Our entire party of 6 was very disappointed in this restaurant. We won’t return.
Great food, great management. I purchased a $120.00 gift card at Kayne Prime as an anniversary gift for my in-laws. When I arrived home after my purchase, I found that the bartender had failed to actually place the gift card itself in the small gift card envelope and had given me only a receipt. When my in-laws arrived at the restaurant with the receipt, the manager tracked the card based on the numbers on the receipt. He found that the card did exist and had actually been used on two (2) occasions. Unfortunately, he could not verify the name of the person fraudulently using the card. I called the restaurant to attempt to resolve the situation. The manager was extremely courteous and accepted my (truthful) story that I never received an actual gift card, but only a receipt and a gift card envelope. The manager very easily could have rejected my claims and turned away my in-laws from their anniversary dinner. Instead, he made the situation right. I am a customer for life because of the great food and the integrity of the management.
An absolute must-try! It definitely was not a disappointment on quality. Reservation is definitely recommend. The place was JAMMED packed! Last Wednesday night my boyfriend made reservations for 8:15 and we didn’t get sat til 8:35! Wine is a tad bit expensive for the quality of wines that were on the menu. I understand the Jack-up price of wine should be 2-3x what its original price for profit, but here… It was almost 5x. But don’t spoil your meal on wine anyway! Definitely get the bone marrow and pork belly. Melt in your mouth candy.
Horrible experience. This place used to be great but they have become very arrogant. They are now all of the sudden enforcing a dress code that apparently only applies to men. I showed up with a nice dress shirt, pants, and open toe sandals (100 degree day), and was asked to leave. When I pointed out to the pompous manager several women with $3 gas station rubber flip flops on, he simply said i’m sorry, the policy only applies to men 🙂 We have eaten here bi-weekly for nearly 2 years and have never experienced the rude pompous nature of the staff and mgmnt. Success has obviously gone to their head. Won’t be going back. Too many other great restaurants to be treated and embarrased the way were.
