The bread was really flavorful with the assorted jams and honey butter. The mixed drinks were a bit on the hard side, but still good. We had the pork belly to start and it was fabulous. My wife’s $18 chicken pot pie was burnt and bland at best after it finally arrived along with my tepid $36 strip steak and fries probably after about 30 minutes. The service was slow. I had to ask to have plates cleared. Overpriced and undelivered.

My husband and I stay at this Omni Hotel often and we usually have a meal or two at Kitchen Notes. It’s always good and there is a variety of items to choose from. They have an amazing breakfast/brunch buffet. The buffet is a bit pricey but overall worth it when you see all of the items to choose from. It’s always fresh looking and well maintained. In general, I do not eat from buffets but this is not like normal buffets. It is clean and maintained. If you do not want the buffet, you can always order off the menu. You can eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner here. The restaurant is large and pretty. There are many tables that line the windows and it’s fun to sit at these tables if you enjoy people watching, especially at night. There is a small bar here as well so you can order beer/mixed drinks. It’s always fun to start the day with a mimosa or Bloody Mary! We’ve had breakfast, lunch, and dinner here and I do not recall a bad meal. The service is also great.

Great setting in the Omni with southern food. We had the meatloaf and fried chicken and both were very good especially how tasty the chicken was. The mashed potatoes were lacking, definitely not southern. How could a nice restaurant in Nashville not have sweet tea? Server was mediocre.

I like Kitchen Notes even more now that I’ve eaten there for brunch! The buffet was great (there’s an omelet station, and you can ask for a waffle), and they had $5 mimosas. I ate there with a party of 11 for my day-after-wedding brunch, and I appreciated that they allowed me to call ahead for a reservation. The price was still steep, but the service and food made up for it. Our server did a great job managing a table of 11 people! Everyone enjoyed it, and the cost ended up around $30/pp. adventuresinaubreyland.com

Food here is amazing. Not would you expect from a hotel restaurant. Definitely a destination eatery.

Mrs. Kitchen Notes was fabulous. From the minute we walked into the restaurant we loved it! Food was wonderful and our waitress Kim was awesome! We will definitely be back!

I was disappointed in the price of the Christmas Day Brunch. The meal was good but the pork was salty and my daughter found a bug in a berry. I was at fault for not checking the price prior to having our meal. The meal was $46.95 per person plus the additional cost of a diet coke. This is not their regular price for the Breakfast and Brunch menu. I would just advise checking the price because it was a bit high for a retired person and school teacher.
