Went there for lunch. Great food. Terrible service. They acted like they could care less.
I wish I could say this place was great…..but, it wasn’t. The service started very well then turned into him talking with another server next to my table and not helping me. The carnitas were very dry and had no flavor except the oil they were fried in. Would not recommend this place.
Best Mexican food in Nashville. Been going here for years. Don’t take my word for it, they have been voted best Mexican food in Nashville a number of years in the Nashville Scene paper. You’ll regret not going.
TERRIBLE EVERYTHING. AWFUL. I have been there more than once, and it was never great but ok. However the most recent time we went was the WORST EXPERIENCE I have ever had at a restaurant. We were sat and no one ever came to our table, I had to go get them, she got us the wrong appetizer, the food was awful and cold, everything took forever even though the restaurant was empty!!! The waitress was just terrible, I had to go find her several times. We almost got up and left and I wish we had! At the end of it our check was wrong and I never complain but when I did finally talk to the manager she didn’t even care and did nothing about it. She didn’t apologize or offer any kind of restitution. On our way out I did see that waitress was eating at a table, that would explain why she never came to ours!
Okay. Nothing about Las Palmas stands out. Its close to work that why I go there but the food is average. Better palces around Nashville. I have never had a problem with service, the staff is always nice. Decently priced.
Fast lunch and good food. I had lunch today at Las Palmas in downtown Nashville. The service was really quick, perfect to get in, eat and get out and back to work within an hour.I had the Lunch Fajita Quesadilla ($6.15), a thicker version of a the original quesadilla. Filled with lots of tender grilled chicken, onions and peppers, the dish was just perfect for lunch. Small bowl of queso ($2.70) very good.Service was quick and friendly. When I asked for remaining queso and chips to go, my server gladly bagged up the chips and queso with a smile.I’ll be back!
