While the delivery time was impeccable, the taste was extremely lackluster. We ordered a buffal pizza, cheese pizza, Hawaiian pizza, baklava, cheese sticks and cheesecake. The cheese sticks were good so they have that going for them. But every thing else lacked flavor; the baklava tasted like plastic & the cheesecake seemed to still be frozen in the middle.
Great! Loved it!. Very convenient, easy order online service. Can pay credit card online or mark to pay as cash when delivered. Confirmation email sent when online order is received. Deep dish pizza was really good! The fruit plate is pretty yummy too! Nothing bad to say at all. Delivery was right on for the time given! I give 5 stars!
Deep dish?. Deep dish pizza wasn’t deep dish at all… it was served on a regular pan instead of a pizza dish like it should have… the sauce was on top, but it looked like a 1/4 filled swimming pool cause the crust was deep, but the filling wasn’t… sauce was bland, crust wasn’t flaky, cheese was whatever, the meat was whatever… friend ordered the gyro and chicken. both the gyro and chicken was rubbery… not recommended for those who know what true deep dish from Chicago tastes like. this place was a disgrace to Chicago deep dish.
Was served raw steak. On 11/24/13, I was working late at my office, and ordered dinner through GrubHub. I ordered a ribeye steak cooked medium-rare, which included a side salad. It was delivered just as i was headed home–looking forward to getting home and enjoying my steak. Well, the inside of the steak was still RAW — not even cooked. It was as if they had lightly seared the outside and then taken it off the grill and delivered it. Cold, raw, and dangerous. I had to find something else to eat, and in the morning I reported the issue to GrubHub. They informed me that the manager of Little Chicago in Nashville was unwilling to offer any kind of refund. The previous time I ordered, they got my order wrong, but I was able to eat it. This time, delivering me a raw steak and then refusing to do anything about it is absolutely unacceptable. I will not be patronizing the restaurant again, especially since I have no idea if the meal ordered will be safe and edible…but also because of the horrible service.
TERRIBLE. Ordered from here while at work a few times. Order was not correct, didn’t send my food and refused to send what I had paid for. Would not refund my money
