I tried a little bit of everything at Mas Tacos. The chicken and pork Tacos were some of the best I’ve ever had. The beef taco was pretty good, but not as spectacular. The ingredients are obviously very fresh and the guys running the place clearly know their way around a taco. The atmosphere is fun if you’re into hole-in-the-wall places, which I am. It’s nothing fancy but the tacos were worth the trip from Franklin. I’d come again. Make sure you have cash to pay because they don’t accept credit cards. I learned this the hard way and had to wait in line twice. Still worth it.
Best tacos I’ve ever had! You can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. But you’re gonna have to be willing to wait in line…and make sure you’ve got cash on you because that’s all they take.
My favorite restaurant in Nashville. We went last summer and there seemed to be just locals there. This past weekend we went and it seems all the tourists know about Mas Tacos now. The tacos are simple and fresh, and perfect. The elotes are addictive. I wish I lived in Nashville just to be close to this restaurant.
We absolutely loved the food here! We tried the beef taco, fish taco, pork taco, elote and sope tarasco. Everything was good and it’s a fun environment too. The line was already outside the door with no signs of letting up. As we were leaving I noticed a woman parking at an establishment across the street making her way over here. It is some of the best crossover Mexican food that I have ever tried. I’ll definitely make the effort to return.
Best authentic tacos in Nashville! Avocado and fish tacos are my fave! Elote is also amazing! Now they serve alcohol too, which is even better.
The staff here are always behind the counter so you don’t get much of an impression of them, but the tacos are amazing! What I specifically go there for though is the elot. The freshest corn on the cob with cheese and spices on it. It’s not spicy though, little disappointed on that, but I guess it reaches a broader base that way.
Would eat here forever if I could. Easily the best tacos I’ve ever had in my life, and I absolutely love the elote. They also have very good handmade drinks, like the hibiscus tea or pineapple cilantro thing. Both are yum. These chicken tacos were absolutely the bomb. Man. I loveddddddd the elote though.
