Praline’s is the in hotel restaurant for the Maxwell House hotel. The breakfast buffet at roughly ten dollars was not much different than you’ll find in other hotels. The reason to come here is dinner. 4:30 on the signature ribeye has a Maxwell House coffee rub and rosemary butter. This is a very good steak. The steak came with decent mashed potatoes (with chives!) and good rolls. The tea was good. Being seated took a while since the waiter doubled as the room service deliveryman. The floor at dinnertime was sticky.The food left nothing to complain about, if this was local I’d absolutely return. All the service at the girl was friendly and eager to help however they could.
