Great meal in historic Union Station. Had a great dinner during my first visit here to Prime 108. Housed in beautiful Union Station (now a hotel). Enjoyed the meal and touring the building afterward.
Not my favorite. The service was good and a nice atmosphere. I think I just got the wrong thing. I kind of have a rule about not ordering seafood in landlocked states. I broke that rule to remember why I made it in the first place. Shrimp was just very overdone. The quality of the shrimp was great! Just overcooked. I think I just spoil myself with seafood whenever I have it. So I also have very high standards. BUT my friend had the lamb which was cooked very well. I think it was a bit overpriced, but definitely make sure you get something you’re positive you’re going to love.

When we.went to a.concert at…. When we went to a concert at the Schermerhorn, we planned to eat before the performance , but our Saturday got away from us so we just went straight to the show. After that we got to Prime 108 at 9:50 pm (they close at 10). I sheepishly asked if it was to late to have dinner. We were welcomed with open arms. They even let us order the small lunch portion beef filet. It was late and we just wanted to eat light. The service was excellent, the.food.was perfectly prepared and we were very happy. I really appreciate the waitresses’ kindness and patience with our late dinner. Thank you very much!!
This restaurant went way beyond our expectations. The food was fabulous and the service was just perfect and accommodating. If we’re ever back in Nashville this will be our #1 stop.
It’s a great show.. From the moment the well-dressed valet takes your car, you get the feeling Union Station is a special place. The old train terminal is beautiful and Prime 108 is a comfortable, very cozy place to dine. The service is superb. If I managed such a sumptuous establishment of this caliber, I’d MAKE CERTAIN that the food measured up to the surroundings. What an absolute surprise for our 11th Anniversary! As it turns out, Prime 108 is just a hotel restaurant after all.
My hubby & I dined here for our anniversary while on business in Nashville. It was quiet on a Monday night, great service & good food. Our server did take my martini with two sips left- she was fast to remove dishes (immature/ lack of exp) but polite. We had lamb rack cooked with collards & lentils- very tender & tasty. I had four scallops with cheesy grits- great combo. This restaurant is beautiful, elegant experience. My fave was breakfast- I had sour dough French toast with berries & almonds…… Spectacular! Hubby had a steak burrito with light hollandaise / asparagus, he loved it. If I return to stay in the Union Station Hotel, we will dine here again.
