BEST. SUSHI. PERIOD.. I just had the best sushi of my life!!! And I’ve had a LOT of sushi… my first time I was pregnant and the wait staff and sushi chef worked with me to create a roll I LOVED without anything raw!!! So so appreciated. Besides what I just said I’m at a loss for words and I know my review didn’t do it justice. Just eat it. ASAP.
Great Experience!. I was in Nashville for the weekend and stopped at this small sushi restaurant. I was very impressed with the sushi. I highly recommend!
Oh yeah!. They have the best sushi in Nashville. I like the hidden vibe. Blink, and you ‘ll miss it. But, if you can find it…it’s well worth it!
By far the freshest sushi in the area. The Samurai Roll is a good choice but there are many others. Great variety and delicious!
Terrible service. Waited for 15 minutes just for the menu and didn’t improve from there. Food wasn’t good enough o make up for the service.
Told on the Phone They Would Still Be Open. I run a dining Meetup group, so people are always asking me what my favorite sushi place is in Nashville and I would tell them Samurai, but not anymore. Back on Saturday, Oct 12, my friend and I were coming back from Chattanooga late and wanted some food. So, I called Samurai at 9:38pm to make sure they would still be open since I don’t live nearby. We were told they stopped serving at 10:30pm. After driving around to find parking, we got there at 10:15pm and was told they were already closed. I might go back there someday, but it won’t be anytime soon.
The food and service was awful. We got there and got a table for five. While we waited no service. After we ordered they switched two of our rolls between parties. After complaints they only brought one. The prices were outrageous and they never apologized for the mix up or failure to bring the other roll.
