Updated as of 5/25/2018—- I’ve been asemi-regular atSouth Street for the last couple years and would have previously rated it a 4-4.5untilmy most recent visit.We were sitting at the outside bar and thought we heard birds chirping because the garage doors were open as it was a nice night. Oh how I wish it had been birds.We lookedup to see two RATS (not mice, rats)running after each other on top of some of the exposed duct work. Needless to say, we got out of there as quickly as possible and will never go back.
