Very unaccommodating and not at all family/child friendly. Rude staff. Will never return with or without children. Manager absolutely did not care that we chose to take our business elsewhere than make any effort to accommodate our lunch group.

Do Not Deserve your Business. This 12 south restaurant has limited parking but have their lit monitored by a company who will boot your car! They care more about their lot than the customers! A guy followed us to the front entrance to make sure we were going to eat there. We didn’t know that and the line was out the door so we went across the street. They put a boot on our car. We drive in from Clarksville to go there but obviously would never go there again. Management said there was nothing they could do! They let this company run off their customers. They are not worthy if being in 12 south. The other restaurants like Mafiozas never do that. There’s limited parking everywhere so they better be glad you come down there to patronize businesses at all!! I recommend going somewhere else where they value your business!!
Excellent. This is now in my weekly rotation! I love the simplicity and the food is consistent and delicious. It’s not mexican but rather Southwestern. The staff is great and the patio provides a great environment to relax before heading back to work.
Horrible. Don’t go! Taco Mamacita is exponentially more delicious.
Good inexpensive food in an attractive setting. Recommend Memphis Taco and shrimp taco and super fresh chunky guacamole. As good as any I’ve had in CA within sight of the avocado tree it came from.
Never got food. I was the 3rd person in line and after waiting 10 minutes (with a one year old) I decided I’d just go home for lunch!The 2nd person’s credit card or their machine messed up and they left me standing there waiting while three different people tried to fix it. Instead of taking my order and taking their problem to the back to deal with, I was just left standing there, not an apology, not a we’ll be with you in a minute…..Are they Yankees?
