Stumbled upon Tazza’s after giving up on ever being seated at Puckett’s. The restaurant was almost empty, which can be a little disconcerting, but after being seated and waited on promptly, we were more encouraged. I was with two friends, and all of us throughly enjoyed our meals! My friends each tried a different salad. The portions were huge, and the ingredients were very fresh. I had the house-made chicken salad, which was wonderful-all white meat and not too mayonnaise or onion heavy-perfect mix all the way around. I also had the potato soup which was wonderfully seasoned.We would not hesitate to go back!
My daughter and I not only had delicious meals, we had a wonderful experience! Ernest started us with Fried Green Beans and made a perfect New Orleans Pasta and a Chicken Caesar Wrap. We left with 3 homemade desserts, Peach Cobbler, Fudge Brownie and Chocolate Cake. There was a great debate with the rest of the family on which was better! You’ll have to try yourself!
Terrible food and service–was here for lunch , my salad tasted like old chicken and took 15 mins for my order to be taken. Wish I read the reviews first – if you are in the area go to Puckett’s instead.
This place is awful. We came on a Saturday night and there was NO ONE there and still had terrible service. I had to get a pitcher of water to fill our cups. They never checked on us or cared. We never saw any waiters walking around. This place is the worst place in Nashville
Don’t get any burgers. It’s a patty from the freezer at the grocery store. Hands down worst burger ever. Definitely not fresh.
Manager is rude. I placed my order online for delivery and requested Lemon Pepper wings. I called back and spoke to the manager who argued with me over the phone about what comments I put in the box for my order. He wouldn’t let me speak, my co workers and I always order from Tazza but they have just lost my co-workers and my business. Thanks for having a rude manager that clearly doesn’t value his customers.
A Delicious Oddity. A group of friends and I happened upon Tazza about 4 years ago and I have returned many times since. The menu is completely ridiculous. There is everything, from Tex-Mex, to Classic American, to Italian, to Greek…a true monstrosity. I have yet to read the entire menu, but usually just stick to asking the server to give me some of the best options. A menu this big usually means that many things are less than fresh so it’s a good idea to ask. I have no complaints, the Ravioli and Alfredo tasted good, as is the case with all of the Italian dishes, which I tend to gravitate towards, i’ve had here. I personally like the decor, though it is…different,but I would assume that most would say it could use an update. The servers are always great, especially a very odd, but truthful and inviting, man named Tim.That being said, I was very surprised to see so much negativity about Tazza in other reviews. Don’t let them sway you, this place is quite nice. Just navigate the menu well and don’t be afraid to ask questions.
