Dubbed "Vinegarroon", which is a Texas Whiptail Scorpion, who's got a bad reputation for it's vicious bite. Hence, our name represents a piece of Texas history and describes the spicy side of our food. Yeah, our food may have a bite but it's true to Texas. Here at the 'Roon, we aim to please.
