  Stopped in for some chips & salsa, tacos, and tequila before a night out. Our server Brooke at the bar was great, the brisket taco was sensational, and the salsa was ok (not the most flavorful I’ve ever had) but the chips were perfectly crispy with just the right amount of salt. Overall excellent place-quick, great prices, and tasty! If we lived in Nashville we’d undoubtedly eat here often.

  Oh boy. Where do I begin? The disappointments just kept coming tonight. First – service was fine. This is not a reflection on the nice folks that work at Local Taco. Management / owners – WHY OH WHY DID YOU CHANGE THE MENU?!?! The whole reason we went to the East location was the platters. GONE. The tasty mushroom taco? GONE. (Ps this was the better option for meatless – $3.50 for an avocado taco? No thanks.) The flavor in general? GONE. Everything was more bland. Don’t be fooled. It’s not just a menu change to streamline the offerings from the different locations. They changed recipes and ingredients for the things still on the menu. Did you like the Mexi-tots? They’re different – not as tasty. I don’t think there’s any cheese in them anymore. I thought for sure the queso would be the same. It used to be delicious. Well….now it tastes like sour cream. After my experience tonight I won’t be back for the food, and it was in the regular rotation for us. The only thing I’ll be back for is the margaritas – unless they changed those too.

  This place is bomb! All of my tacos were delicious. Ordered the salmon(was a bit sweet), southern chicken, and steak(needed some salt), and the mac&cheese(which was the best thing ever!) highly recommend this place
