May be good food, but the service is so poor that I wouldn’t know that.. We sat at a table for nearly an hour. We saw the waitress three times, and the third time was to bring refills for the drinks. And that’s because the manager came by and asked if we needed anything. May be unusually poor service, but frustrating nonetheless.
Went their twice: great food for a terrific price. Good service and a nice atmosphere. A place to go!!
Stupid hours. Every time that we go to this restaurant, we have to make sure that they are open. They have the stupidest hours, closing for several hours during the middle of the day.
Disappointed. With that building and location they should try harder to match it with food and service. Lasagna was ok but it felt like a warmup with sauce poured over. The service was just not interested. Not setting your plates down in front of you. Our salads were held up for us to grab and entrees set on end of table for us to slide around. Nothing terrible but disappointing.
We ate there for the first time on November 17. The food was fantastic and the server was very polite and worked very hard to get our food out quickly so we could make it to a football game on time. We will be back again!!
Good food and great value. Running around Nashville is a great experience, but you can old eat so much food at the honky tonks and only so much barbeque. We discovered the Old Spaghette Factory right downtown and it was great. Note that they are closed between 2-5pm, reopening for dinner. Very polished service, excellent food for a price that is almost too low. Most meals include ayce bread (served hot with butter), choice of soup or salad, main course, ice cream desert plus your drink. A number of these dinners are under $10. You can even eat inside a trolley in one of the areas. A+. Would highly recommend. Kid friendly as well.
Kid Friendly Change of Pace. After a couple days of all the Southern style fried foods, a little pasta can be a good thing. There are other restaurants of higher quality, but when you have three kids under 8 years old, this can be your best bet to keep everyone happy. The food is a good value and relatively predictable, like most chains. The table service was good, but as a side note there was no cell service or WiFi available inside this location.
