We had dinner at Palm once and it was good. It was very busy the night we were there and even with reservations, we had to wait. There wasn’t much room to wait either. Our dinner was good. We tried the calamari as well as the ahi tuna. Both were good. For my entree, I ordered filet with brandy peppercorn sauce. I liked that there was a choice of sauces. I had goat cheese whipped potatoes. I also tried the three cheese potatoes au gratin. Both were good. Dessert was creme brule! My favorite. My husband had the cheesecake with a raspberry sauce. Both were tasty. I would rate the dinner higher except we were there with a group to celebrate a birthday. Arrangements were made to have flowers delivered but there was some big mix up and that never happened. I doubt we will be back.

Went here for New Years Eve Dinner last year. Ordered a steak medium-well and it was burnt to a crisp black crust on one side. Instead of cooking the steak correctly they put the thick, burnt side side down as if I wouldn’t notice. I think this place is way over-priced and over-rated for the type of food you get. Take your money else where if you want a quality meal.

Retired. Had dinner there Tuesday night, my friend had the filet, I had the NY strip. Food and service was very good. I loved the dcor. I had a couple of glasses of the house Cabernet…..good, but had to order two glasses, small servings. I’d do it again anytime in Nashville.

Palm. Went here last night and had the lobster bisque to start which was wonderful. Then for my main course I chose the chicken parm. Which was way too much food for one person. But was delicious, the chicken was super tender and sauced perfectly and the fresh mots. Cheese topped it all off right. This is a must go to for dinner in downtown Nashville

Great Food and service. Delish, portions are large enough to share! A little pricey but very nice for the special occasions.

Nothing short of amazing. Best service ever. The restaurant had as many staff as customers! The staff was very kind to us. Not a stuffy restaurant, but very welcoming. Pricy but worth it!

Not Good. We made reservations 6 months ago to coinside with my wife’s birthday and a concert. We we promptly seated but the food was horrible. The fish I ordered was cooked through but allowed to come to room temperature prior to serving. We ordered cheesecake for dessert. It was served frozen. The palm does not make fresh cheesecake. It’s not hard to make fresh cheesecake, and it’s even easier to thaw frozen cheesecake properly.
