By far the worst franchise restaurant in the area. Terrible food, terrible service, the manager must need a hearing aid because the volume for the ball games is way too loud. Not sure how this place can compete with Wild Wing Cafe right down the road.
Horrible. From beginning to end. The bad reviews are 100% correct! Rude staff. Told we would have to sit on the high tops even though there were 5 empty tables in the dining area. Sat at a dirty table. Waiter took forever to appear. Didn’t wipe the table off. Had to ask for drinks. Had to ask for straws. Had to ask for napkins and silverware. Waiter was MIA or would walk right past us. Terrible terrible terrible. Will never ever be back. AVOID!
Grossed out. Food cold, salad missing chicken, wings skimpy. But the worst is the table of rednecks across from us who chew and spit smokeless tobacco while dining. THE grossest thing I have ever seen in a restaurant and BWW allows it and even supplies their spit cups. Will never ever go back.
Wellll. I love bdubs for buzztime trivia and the delicious desert heat wing rub and potato wedges. I dislike the pricey beers, skimpiness of the wings, and terrible service. But it is what it is and a chain restaurant will be a chain restaurant. I’m sad the one by campus closed. I liked it better than the farragut location.

Good bluegrass on Tuesday nights but the food often makes me feel ill.
Cold. Food was cold. Fries were cold and tough. Spent $35 on cold wings and cold fries. Will not be back. Was my first and last time there. Take that money and get a nice steak dinner somewhere.,
