Would be a great place if they was like they use to be and it wasn’t a buddy system. When you try and put in a song they tell you they are full but the same people are getting up singing 500 times because they are buddy buddy with the DJ. Wish someone would invest and open another karaoke place in knoxville and put this place OUT OF BUSINESS! !!!!!!!!!
Saturday night we was invited to Bullfeathers ruth some friends. It was so much fun! Pool tables in the back, packed house, kareoke, cheap food that was good, & everyone was laughing. The service was a but slow, but again it was a packed house! We will definitely go again.
We had a blast!!!!!..but reserve your table an be there by 8pm on Saturday…sing, drink and have fun with your friends.all the winning about the service….don’t sit there get some attention they will serve you!!! 8 pitchers hit my table last night …LOL
This place is awesome and They have a great four dollar menu! After me and my girls ate, we drank and sang all night! We met some crazy guys. Thanks Copeland and Ferdy for a great night.
Not sure when these last reviewers went. I’m guessing they must have gone on a weeknight or something. We went with a group of four, all in our 30’s and we had an excellent time two nights in a row (Friday and Saturday). This weekend was our first time in the place. The place was absolutely packed but we got a table with a waitress. We never wanted for drinks. This is one of the few places in Knoxville where you can get a pitcher of Yuengling Porter, and it’s only $8 a pitcher to boot. The wings were great (or as good as I’ve had in Knoxville). The crowd was friendly, even the older biker dudes, and very diverse with everyone from white collar guys in their 40’s, to the aforementioned bikers, to the 20 somethings, all walks. The Karaoke is extremely good, by 9 o’clock, there was a pretty long wait to sing (my only complaint but how can you fix a problem like this). If you’re looking for a relaxed place to drink a beer and watch people do their thing in the spotlight, it’s the perfect place.
Go Somewhere else!!. I thought that Bull Feathers might be a cool local hang out after work or school. I met a few friends there one weekend night, cause I work close to it, but there were barely any people in the place, and everyone that was there were an older group and not at all social. Apparently they were having karaoke, but no one was really singing, and NO ONE was dancing. It is probably the lamest bar I have ever been to, don’t go there!
Last place I would go. Kitchen opens at 6:00pm no earlier limited operating hours and bad service. The bartenders are to busy talking to other customers and not paying attention to other patrons that need service. Will not ever go there again I work on the three strike rule. All three times consistently bad service and kitchen not open at a reasonable hour.
