Got our order wrong on a carry out order. Called and spoke to manager. Instead of offering to make it right on our next trip, he wanted to argue that we got what we ordered. Have been going there 15+ years, but this was our last time. I hope it was worth losing a long time customer over their inability to get an order correct.
