I’ve had good luck at the Turkey Creek Cru and always enjoy going back. The small plate concept works for me, since I like to try a variety of tastes. For me, it’s a great place to stop to have a small bite or two with friend before or after a movie, or perhaps as part of a mini food tour. Particular favorites for me have been the scallop BLT, their twist on southern shrimp and grits (smokier than most), and the dijon pork tenderloin. I like the ambience a lot, especially at the bar or at the center tables near the bar overlooking the rest of the dining area. Reception from friends has been more mixed, which is reflected in my number rating — some don’t understand the small plate concept, some find the price point too high. But in small groups with good friends, I’ve had some delicious food and good memories here.

Bad food bad service and bad value. My daughter and I both ordered steaks, mine medium and hers medium rare. My steak was seared on the outside, inside was ice cold and bloody. The daughter’s arrived overly well done and tough as leather. We both added the scallops as a side ($11.99) and both received 2 over cooked rubbery scallops. Just awful and unacceptable for steaks that cost $27.99 each, before the scallop add on. Won’t be back.

This place is more of a tapas kind of place and the portions are very small but very expensive. The quality of the food was good but not great. We went early on Saturday night and it lacked energy. Maybe a bad night and bad picks off the menu.

Lunch trip and a stop at Cr Bistro. We enjoyed their Tuesday Special of Fish Tacos and The Chicken Pesto Club sandwich. Loved my sandwich but my guest said the tacos were a bit on the spicy hot side. My grilled chicken was very tasty and their fries are wonderful….crispy and creamy on the inside. My favorite kind of fry. Looking forward to trying their Hamburger next visit!! whstonemandining.blogspot.com

Ate here for the first time on September 12, 2015, with friends. The atmosphere was okay, but I have to say that the food was WAY overpriced and a bit mediocre. The portion sizes received were decent, but the pricing for their menu items is too high on some items. We had some pre-dinner drinks and a couple appetizers which were ok. The couple that my girlfriend and I were eating with had a total bill, with tip, of $100. Our bill, with tip, would have been close to $70, but my gf’s dinner was actually overcharged by $4, which the manager correctly removed. Just be aware when you eat here to check your receipts! Good luck at this restaurant, but we won’t be back.

Cheap. Went for the burger night and I ordered the burger with cheese and onion only. It came with everything on it. and they charged me $.50 for the onion. And the time before they charged $.50 for mustard. Is business that bad, that they have to charge people mustard and onions. Will not go back unless they change.
