2/24/18 – My wife and I have rediscovered Dragon Den – meaning, my daughter and I ate there when we first moved to Knoxville in 2006 for college. I like Chinese restaurants which cook to order – food quality is usually much better than the standard buffet.My favorite dish is the Tai Qing (tai ching) chicken is the best – it is General Tso with added vegetables. Great dish. These folks have a following here – the owners know the customers which reminds me of our favorite China Bowl (Montgomery, Al) with Jason and Julie.Don’t miss out on the best kept secret in Knoxville.
I placed a large take out order today, trying Dragon Den, for the first time. The food was the best I’ve had here, in Knoxville. Very close to the best ever. They were friendly,quick with preparation and packed very well, for take home. I have found my favorite Chinese Restaurant in theKnoxville area. Well worth the drive. Priced reasonable, also.
